Born in Belgium, raised in France, and lived in London for about 20 years. Back in France now. I was trained in the London studio of Rachel Clark. For many years other commitments interfered with the painting... I picked it up properly in 2020. My studio is near Paris. I have also accumulated various degrees, including a BA in history of art at Ecole du Louvre.

I paint people and things. And places. I look for shapes, colours and structure. I use oil to make marks and let things emerge from the chaos of the canvas. A painting works when it invites the viewer to lose him or herself into the marks. Ultimately, they are objects of contemplation and spirituality. And they should speak for themselves. I hope you enjoy them.
